We acknowledge here in the network that sometimes you may just have a single short contract or someone to call on periodically. Or perhaps you're even looking for someone long term. Everyone in the network is open to direct contact for bidding. It doesn't necessarily mean everyone is openly available for any job. But you may contact anyone for bids in our network at no charge.

When you contact one of our people directly the rest of the network stands out of the way. CJCode does not add any extra fees to you or the developer. Everyone is here by merit and honor. The objective is that clients and craftsmen find the best match. No profit is generated on the network alone nor do we control the bottom line which is strictly between you and the developer.

Full Cycle Development

We define FCD in the following way:

• Project Management
• Concept/Design
• Development
• Quality Assurance (QA)
• Deployment
• Maintenance

If you are seeking two or more elements within a FCD, we recommend dealing with CJCode directly for a couple of reasons: We know our own. It is possible to handpick people through SOS, but we know the strengths to call upon within the network and can tailor you the best possible team from our resources depending upon your needs. Greater accountability. Business to business is a much more comfortable solution when it's longer term.

All Developers within our network live within the US. We have chosen this as a strict rule for a couple of reasons:

• It's our part to help provide IT jobs to hard working individuals in the United States.
• Consistent with time. When working as a team, extreme time differences can slow down progress.
